Welcome to Horton Premier Consulting, LLC, led by our founder and CEO, Brandi R. Horton. With over 15 years of experience in non-profit leadership, Brandi is a seasoned Executive with a proven track record of success in growing fundraising pipelines and advancing operational activities.

Brandi R. Horton
Brandi is a dynamic leader with a passion for helping non-profit organizations grow and thrive. She began her career in non-profit management after graduating from the University of Pittsburgh with a degree in Psychology. Most recently, Brandi received an Executive Leadership certification from Yale SOM. Over the years, she has held various leadership positions, including Chief of Staff, Head of Operations and Chief Development and External Affairs Officer, where she successfully led both operational and fundraising efforts. In these roles, she has successfully increased revenue and strengthened organizational processes.
Brandi has a deep understanding of the non-profit sector and the challenges faced by organizations seeking to build sustainable fundraising pipelines. She has worked with organizations of all sizes and has a unique ability to identify opportunities for growth and development.
Brandi is an active member of the non-profit community and is involved in various organizations, including the Association of Fundraising Professionals, Nonprofit Leadership Alliance and Forbes Nonprofit Council. She is a frequent speaker at industry events and is dedicated to sharing her knowledge and expertise with others in the field.
